Stone said, “She’s the best, she’s a blast,” expressing her excitement to take on the role again.

Despite a great deal of time having elapsed, Cruella 2 was formally announced shortly after the first film’s release in 2021. Cruella was a box financial and critical hit, so a sequel was inevitable; however, the studio has taken its time to work on the eagerly anticipated movie.
